· Admission – Lett somebody to
enter to a Bingo Hall and participate of the Bingo game.
· Admission Packet – Is the cost for entering the game.
A packet consist of several Bingo Cards that are bought by the player
in order to be able to participate in the game. Usually a packet has in
3 to 6 regular cards. Sometimes the packet has special game cards. The
Bingo Packet depends of the Bingo Hall.
· After Game – Is a game that is played by the end of the
regular bingo game.
· Ball Gate – Is the door at the draw machine. It has a
one-way flap in front of it, and is the place where the numbered balls
goes throw to leave the sphere.
· Ball Lifter – Is the device that takes the ball to the
shooter mechanism.
· Ball Runway – Is where the bingo balls land after being
shot out.
· Ball Shooter - The spring that shoots the numbered ball into
the runway.
· Basket Bingo – A form of Bingo where players can win “basket”
prizes.
· Bingo Board - A panel that displays the numbers being draw.
· Bingo Books – Is a book, that, instead of text pages,
has Bingo cards, to be played one at each different game.
· Bingo Card – A numbered card, of 5x5 squares and 25 numbered
spaces (one, in the middle) blank. It’s used to play Bingo, and
is the place where you mark up the numbers that are being drawn.
· Bingo Marker - An ink dabber used to mark the matching numbers.
· Blackout / CoverAll - A pattern in which you must mark up all
the numbers in your card (60 of the 75 numbers in play)
· Blower – System that, using air, moves the Bingo balls
in the sphere to shuffle them.
· Buy-in – Buying Bingo cards to play the game.
· Caller – The person that says the numbers out loud.
· Cash-In-Prize – A version of Bingo where the prize depends
on the amount of money paid in the Buy-in.
· Chat Room – A screen where you can chat with other players.
· Consolation Prize – Prize offered one some games when
no one claims the prize after a earlier determinate number of draws.
· Early Bird Game – A warm up game that starts before the
scheduled Bingo game.
· Flimsy – A paper sheet that usually has 1, 2, 4, 6 or
nine cards printed on it. It cost around $2 and pays more than the regular
card.
· Four Corners – At this pattern, you must cover the corner
numbers to win.
· Free Space – The blank square at the middle of your card.
· Game Room – Rooms assigned to the Bingo players use to
avoid over crowded spaces.
· G.T.I, T.E.D. - Electronic dabber system.
· Hard Card – A card printed on hard paper.
· Hardway Bingo – Pattern in which you have to complete
a straight line without using the blank space.
· House - A Bingo Parlor, Casino or Bingo Hall.
· Inlaid Card – A Bingo card with 4x4 numbered grid.
· Jackpot – A special prize given for completing a difficult
pattern.
· Late Night Bingo / MoonLight Bingo – Bingo game that starts
late at night.
· Lucky Jar / Cookie Jar – Is a container that has cash.
You can winning it in a regular game and by using the lucky number. (The
first number draw at each different game)
· Main Stage Bingo – The principal event at a Bingo session.
Is the one that draw most players.
· Multiple Winners – When the prize is divided between the
players that hit Bingo at the same time.
